The items on the store are all made-to-order with the utmost of care and in keeping with fair wage policies and high standard working conditions. In order to maintain these standards, please note that all purchases are final sale, which means that they can not be returned for a refund or exchanged. Shipping on Home Collection items is FREE in the US & Canada if you spend over $150.

We currently ship to the USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, EUROPE and the UK. If you do not see your country of shipment, please get in touch with us and we'll try to make it work.

If you need to update your shipping address, please ensure you email customer support at: support@laurenelizabeth.zendesk.com at least 2 weeks ahead of the scheduled shipping date. If the address is not updated in the correct timeframe by one of our Reps, you will be charged an additional $5.00 USD for your package to be reshipped to you.

Non-US & non-Canada residents: Please kindly note that your order ships from the US and might be subject to an additional customs fee upon delivery. While we try our very best to mitigate this for you, your country’s import fees are out of our control (and your responsibility to pay). Thank you for your understanding.
